We are pleased to assist you with your research. Please enclose a letter providing all of the information you

already have about your person(s) of interest and any other information that may be helpful in our search.

CATEGORY 1

The following Marion County, Oregon references will be checked for a fee of $10.00 to search the entire

collection; $5.00 per each name searched.

·Probate Records, Vols. 1-4, Abstracts of First 2,500 Probates of Marion County.

·Marriage Records, Vols. I-IX, 1849-1900.

·Marion County Censuses from1895 and 1905, including City of Salem.

·Cemetery records for many Oregon cities and counties.

·Other available records, as appropriate.

For each Oregon County published references, OTHER THAN MARION, we will search all published

references held by WVGS for a fee of $10.00 per county.

A search of all volumes of WVGS's quarterly, Beaver Briefs for a fee of $10.00.

CATEGORY 2

The following Oregon state-wide searches are $5.00 per each name searched.

·Oregon Death Index, beginning from 1903.

·Obituaries from the Salem Capital Journal, Oregon Statesman, Statesman Journal, Portland

Oregonian and other Oregon newspapers, as available BARGAIN: 3 FOR $10.00.

·Published biographical and historical volumes, including Family Histories and our Surname

File.

·Copy of Oregon Death Certificate (1906-1964).

CATEGORY 3

The fee for all other research projects is $10.00 per hour of a fraction, thereof.

hope to discover. We have the ability to send a copy of your information via e-mail, as well.

You will be notified, should any additional fees (such as copies or additional research time) apply beyond the

paid research fees.

researcher will be very thorough in their in-depth research, but neither they, nor the WVGS can be held
