This index was generated mostly through software and, for the oldeset issues, text recognition from images was applied. So, while it is not yet perfect, there are nearly 100,000 unique entries for you to browse through. Be sure to check back now and then for updates as additions and corrections are made.

NOTE: Due to variances in the location of "Page 1", some references may vary by one or two pages in older issues, but the name will definitely be in the issue.

There are currently some exceptions for how the software identifies surnames. Certain common words, first names, and place names might not have been considered for indexing as surnames. Ditto marks are not handled as surnames. As good genealogists, we know you will also check for spelling variations in the names you are looking for.
